How It Works

Billing policies

First Invoice

Prorated from your sign date to the end of that month.

Monthly Retainer

Full retainer due on the 1st of every month thereafter.

Documents Due

By the 5th of each month for that month's reporting.

Reports Delivered

By the 15th of each month.

Contract Term

12-month initial term.

Termination Notice

60-day written notice required after the initial term.

Late Document Fee

$75 expedited processing fee applied automatically.

Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, Fulton County.
